Update to The GoldMine Guide to SQL Queries

I'm pleased to announce an update to The GoldMine Guide To SQL Queries.  Updates Include:

Chapter 1: Includes information on GoldMine Premium Edition's Case Table used by its Service Module.

Chapter 2: Expanded on column renaming to more fully include differences between its use in dBASE and SQL systems.

Chapter 9: Added over 10 new queries and added annotations to any already there.

Chapter 10: Expanded on turning SQL Queries into Groups and their use throughout GoldMine.
 
Chapter 11: New! Troubleshooting SQL Error messages.

I am interested in a copy of the Goldmine Guide to SQL Queries. I am based in the UK I presume you can ship to the UK.

If so what are the shipping costs please.
